Exchange Eligibility

• Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
  
• Products must be mostly unused (at least 90% remaining).
  
• The product must be returned in its original packaging.
  
• Products that have been used excessively or returned without their original packaging may not be eligible for exchange.
  

Exchange Process

• Our customer support team will guide you through the exchange process.
  
• Exchanges are generally processed within 7–14 working days after the returned product is received and inspected.
  

Delivery Charges

• Exchange delivery charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  
• If you receive a damaged, defective, or leaked product, KORA Beauty will cover the applicable delivery/exchange charges.
